HubHive is designed for professional light-commercial business activities. Please review the following guidelines before completing your application. All proposed uses are subject to review and approval.

Approved business workspace, equipment and supply storage, inventory management, e-commerce operations, order preparation, administrative work, and other compatible light-commercial business activities.
× Not Permitted
Residential occupancy or overnight stays; vehicle parking, storage, repair, servicing, detailing, or painting inside units; heavy manufacturing; specialized or heavy machinery; unusual or excessive electrical demands; chemicals, fuels, compressed gases, hazardous or highly flammable materials; significant customer traffic; or activities involving excessive noise, fumes, odors, dust, vibration, or increased safety and property risks.
